So I don’t care too much that they made the Cyrax/Sektor switches, but I figured they’d at least give a quick “here’s why we changed the cyborgs in MK1.” Even if the explanation was silly and didn’t make sense, I wanted to hear it. Could have just been “we wanted to explore different interactions between characters in the story mode.” They did not say A THING, lol. Closest thing we got was Tyler saying “they evolved.” Stephanie referring to Cyrax and Sektor as “she” in PAST mk games was strange. Not the best look. Like, if they turned Liu Kang into Lilly Kang, THEY’D GET DE-STROYED if they didn’t explain that decision. Still, the gameplay for these characters looks cool. The Sektor fatality goes HARD.
